Grants to Manitoba and Ontario charitable organizations for programs that benefit underserved youth. Applicants must submit an LOI prior to submitting a full application. Funding is intended for projects that align with the following areas of focus: education, healthcare, social services, and arts and culture. The purpose of this grant program is to assist at-risk young people who do not have the same opportunities due to social or economic circumstances, as other youth, to develop to their fullest potential. In general, the Foundation prefers to fund specific projects, preferably pilot projects or new initiatives; these could include capital items as well as operating costs. Funding is intended to benefit youth in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Brockville, Ontario.
